A milking parlour installer was accused of installing a parlour in such a way that a cow was electrocuted. My expert evidence proved that the Farmer had left things in a dangerous condition and the installers were totally innocent. The installer won not only their costs but also their reputation back.

A lady felt that her new house had not been wired very well and she withheld money. I proved that the Electrician who had been employed by the builders had contravened no less than 17 regulations of the I.E.E. REGULATIONS BS 7671. Photographs and reference to the chapter and verse of the regulations won the case.
